Pairing Unsuccessful
Hi
Trying to connect my Sony WCH500 headphones to my iPhone11 and even though they appear on my phone and IPad I always get the message pairing unsuccessful and can’t connect.
how do I resolve this?
iPhone 11, iOS 15
If it only happens using those headphones, and if your aleardy tried (to no avail) all the steps provided in this support article: If you can't connect a Bluetooth accessory to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support, contact SONY support team and explain your problem.
