I upgraded my phone from iPhone XR to iPhone 13. The current software version is 16.1. The screen mirror on Apple TV and chrome cast for the apps using apple connector is not working.
It worked for software version 15.6.1 and until 16.0.
please let me know how to resolve this issue.

Please test, is it still working with the older iPhone devices or older iOS?
We ask because this article mentions: About Apple Digital AV Adapters for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support
"The app might not be compatible with your adapter. Check compatibility on the app's info page in the App Store or contact the developer."
It's possible the app developer updated their app with the new iOS, and it no longer allows for streaming. Check with the developer or test with an older device. If older devices work, it's either no longer supported or the developer needs time to send an update to allow their app to work with the new iOS.

i checked with the older phone, iPhone 12 Pro; software version: 15.6.1 and the mirroring with the connector is perfectly working with the audio.
the new phone iPhone 13; software version: 16.1, the mirroring doesn’t work: there is no audio and the streaming gets stuck. ( for all the applications)
App checked: AARMY updated in both phones 4 months ago and has same version 2.1.448.
I believe it’s not the apps that are not supporting, it’s the phones software that might not be supporting.

Too clarify, are you attempting to mirror your screen via AirPlay or using a physical adapter to connect the iPhone to either device?
AirPlay would use a wireless connection to stream from your iPhone to a compatible device as outlined here: Use AirPlay to stream video or mirror the screen of your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
If AirPlay is not working, what specifically happens when you try? For example, do you receive any specific error or message?

I have purchased this from authorised Apple Store. I have been using this for my old iPhone XR which works perfectly, but doesn’t work for my new iPhone 13.

I am using the same connector. Until yesterday my screen mirror was perfect. Last night I updated my iPad to 16.1 version and screen mirroring just stopped 😨
