IOS 16.1 bug

I recently upgraded my Iphone 13 Pro IOS to latest 16.1, but there is bug and I regretted I upgrade the IOS. Everyday in the evening time, my iphone suddenly changed to black color in the background (I can still use the Apps and see the icon on my iphone. I did not change any displace nor setting, etc.

This dark black background (like black wall paper) is very annoying. I need to switch off the iphone to resume to normal wall paper setting. I just reset it last time, this morning this same issues happen again. So this does not seems to be something related to night mode (which I never used). I called Apple Support hotline, this is useless and cannot help me at all after wasting 25 min.
