My ultra apple watch does not stay on as it should although I have the screen to remain ON in settings. Any ideas? It was working fine when I got it and now the screen does not stay on as it should.

When you go to the Watch App on your iPhone and tap Settings > My Watch > Display & Brightness > Is Always on turned on?
If yes, on the watch itself, swipe up from the bottom of the display to open Control Center. Is Theater Mode turned on by chance? If yes, it would be blue. Tap it to turn it off.

OK.......was Always on turned on where I told you to look on the Watch app on your iPhone?
I believe I found the issue. Low Power Mode was inadvertently turned on... not sure how it happened. Shut it off and now the display stays on. Thank you for all your help.

I figured this out last night and tried to find the thread to ask you to check if you turned on Low Power Mode. I'm glad you've got it sorted now.
