My Iphone 13 isn't turning on!

Hi Apple,

I woke up this morning, with my I phone 13 not responding to me (completely a black screen). I am really confused because it was working just fine before i went to bed last night.

I've tried every method that I have done before, e.g., hold the power and the bottom volume button for 30 seconds, I'm still not getting any response!

It would be amazing if you could help solve this strange problem. It just seems to be that my I phones battery is just dead, when I have only had it for 10 months.

A forced restart on the iPhone 13 is done differently:

On your iPhone 8 or later, including iPhone SE (2nd and 3rd generation)

Press and quickly release the volume up button.
Press and quickly release the volume down button.
Press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo.

4 . If your phone doesn't turn on, follow these steps to check your hardware and charge your phone. You might need to charge for up to an hour.

5 . If your phone still doesn't turn on, contact Apple Support.
