Sequence Replicator Question

Hi

In this example - there is a group animated - the house image has a mask applied to reveal it in.

The replicator would use this animated group as a source - then use a sequence replicator to run the animation from bottom left - in sequence - 1 by 1 until the bottom and top rows are completed.

I can't remember how to do this from 1 replicator + sequence replicator. I think it is possible, but maybe I am remembering it wrong.

I can get the result by doing a second replicator - just animating a shape layer on a sequence to then use as a mask source - revealing each cell 1 by 1 - so with 2 replicators - it is not problem.

But is there a way to replicate the animated group this way? I'm asking for an associate - I'm stumped n the solution.

The giff is looping - the house animation just runs once.

I don't remember if there's a way to do this with one replicator either, except if you opt for Scale > Y animating from 0 to 100% (adjust the anchor point on the house so it looks like the building is animating up from a "line" instead of expanding from the middle.)
