Hi, im planning to sell my laptop and unfortunately between the process of restarting my laptop i’ve deleted the macintosh disk. I now dont know what to do

Hi, ive accidentally deleted the macintosh disk. Upon trying to download/install the macos monterey (my current update) I cant do this due to no disk for installment.. what to do?
