so i was transfering my data to new iphone from 12 pro max to 13 pro max but its stucks in peapring transfer

If you are using "Quick Start" and it is not working, check the iCloud backup and computer backup options, mentioned in this article:

Transfer data from your previous iOS or iPadOS device to your new iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
