Stuck on preparing to transfer
I’m trying to transfer my data from my iPhone 11 to my new iPhon14 pro and date is still stuck on preparing to transfer I’m not sure what’s the issue can you please help

If so, have you followed the directions as outlined, including the following recommendation?
Keep your devices near each other and plugged into power until the data migration process is complete. Transfer times can vary based on factors such as network conditions and the amount of data being transferred.
Since the timeframe for the transfer can vary based on the amount of data; how long have you been waiting? Do you know how many GB will be transferring from your old iPhone to the new one?
