Mac mini m1 cold boot power issue

Whenever I shutdown my mac mini m1 completely and unplug the power cord, the next time I try to turn it on, the power LED light turns on but turns off halfway and then turns on again. The startup chime also got cut off midway. I already run first aid and didn't find any issue, but I'm afraid if there's a hardware / power issue that I'm not aware of. Is there anything that can be done to help resolve this problem? Thank you in advance.
