When I try to print I cannot get the screen to advance to allow printing to take place.

For my issue of the print button being off view as the "display" was too big......preferences/displays/more space. (changed from "default".

I clicked on "I have this question too" earlier but I was just able to do it. I went down to "Paper Handling" right at the bottom of the screen as far as it will advance at the dock and clicked the sideways arrow to the left. The print option button then popped up and I was able to print as normal.

Is this because the print dialog is going behind the dock? If so, you could try closing some of the options in the print dialog or - as a test, move the dock to the left or right to confirm this is what's occurring.

And when this happens, "esc" should cancel the dialog, 'return" or enter" should print.

After talking with Support........the "default" print settings resulting in the display window text being too large and the print button off screen. reset to small and voila all is good.

It is behind dock and continues beyond the bottom of screen.

I have my text larger for a reason: So I can see it. Resetting it smaller is not an option for many of us.

I went back to Monterey where printing screens worked.

Tried small, no change in the box size.
