I got new iphone but with a physical damage

I bought an iPhone from source and later found out that it has little damage already on it so I went to check its warranty date and it was 4 days before the purchase date.

I think they gave a iphone which they knew was damaged and also activated before.

please help me to get a new iphone replacement!
