Can not verify AirPods as genuine

My model and series do match the information provided in the support web page. Same for the case; what is the next step, as I am still receiving the same message: could not be verified as genuine.

Did you have a chance to follow the steps in the article viewed before posting? If you get a 'Cannot Verify AirPods' alert - Apple Support


If you have already completed those steps, and you're still unable to verify your AirPods, then we recommend contacting Apple Support directly, so that they can work with you to find a solution.
