My question is about the verification of AirPods in the iOS 16
i think there’s a problem with it because I bought my AirPods for me to connect and apple tells me it’s not genuine even though the model number and the serial number available have all been checked perfectly
any suggestions on what to do to verify my AirPods
I have the same problem with my airpods.. when i updated to ios 16 there wasn’t a problem and then a week after i updated to ios 16 suddenly my iphone cannot verify my airpods as genuine but at first it says its genuine.

Update to iOS 16.0.1, and then contact Apple Support.
Model numbers and serial numbers can be copied.
Update to iOS 16.0.1, and try again. Then contact Apple Support.
Apple may suggest contacting the seller.
