All files download correctly but then clicking the "Upgrade now" button does nothing. It is stuck like this for days. I even tried deleting the files from Applications and downloading them again. Are there any tips to troubleshoot this?

If there are server issues beyond your control, simply try again later

If you have the full installer sitting in your Applications folder "Install macOS Ventura.app"
you can launch it from there.
If you still have an issue boot into Safeboot mode, login and try again launching the installer

you can download directly from Apples own "software content distribution network":

It doesn't look like server issues, it shows that the download was successful. But clicking the upgrade button quickly flashes the installer on the screen but then it does nothing.
