All streaming video blank screen with audio

Upgraded to macOS Ventura, all streaming services videos go black screen with just audio playing.

The same happens for Safari, Chrome and Firefox. This includes Netflix and Amazon Prime Video services.

I can't use any of these services.

Tried clearing caches and cookies for all browsers, but no help. Any idea if there is a setting from macOS which might be causing this?

Turns out this was an issue with the browser's hardware acceleration setting when disabled everything worked fine.

After restarting the MacBook pro, it worked for a short time on Netflix but the video went black again leaving only audio playing.
