double calls

Greetings.

I have upgraded my phone to iPhone 14 pro max (ATT). When someone is calling me I see that two different unrelated people from my contacts are calling me at the same time. I see two numbers pop up during calls. However only one person is actually calling. If I answer the phone but one of the person is not actually , then my phone initiate a call to that person. Really my calls are messed up now. Exactly same happens to my wife’s phone. We do not share apple account. ATT customer service stated they started receiving such calls lately. They also said it has nothing to do with ATT. They never received any complaints from android customers. Reseting phone to a factory state does not help.

Any suggestions are appreciated.
