HomeKit Automation

Hi,

I recently dived into HomeKit and set up a smart home, consisting of HomePods in every room, smart lights in every room, smart thermostats in every room, a HomeKit compatible TV, a HomeKit compatible surround sound system and Apple TV.

The basic functionality for most of it works, but I find the automations often fail. If I test the automations from the app, they always work.

Is there anything that I could have done wrong that could cause the automations to fail? (Are there any limits on the number of automations, can automations conflict?)
