Siri volume

Ok so I have iPhone and iPad in same room with iPad connected to Bluetooth speaker how can I use Siri to turn volume up on iPad only?

The thing is it happens when I am in the car or running with AirPods on and my iPhone is the only Apple device around. Why does "Siri" no longer work, only "Hey Siri" on iOS 17.2? When I installed iOS 17 I was able to use "Siri" instead of "Hey Siri" and there was a selection option under Settings > Siri & Search > Listen For. Since version 17.2 the selection option has disappeared on my iPhone (14 Pro) and there is only a switch labelled 'Listen For "Hey Siri"'. The option to use only "Siri" seemed to be presented as a big development at the Developer's Conference last year but now it has disappeared on my iPhone. Is there something else I need to do to make "Siri" work without the "Hey" or has this been silently removed from the operating system?
