Is there a way to turn off Safari's strong password suggestions without also disabling autofill? It is perhaps the most annoying thing Apple has done so far. It seems to be a Safari issue and not iOS. So is the only solution to stop using Safari and go with Chrome?

Hi there CrayFamilyOfFive,

If you have iCloud Keychain set up on your Mac, then a unique, hard-to-guess password is automatically suggested when you first click the password field when creating a password. The only way to disable this would be to turn off iCloud Keychain and Autofill. This has more info: Autofill your user name and password in Safari on Mac

If this is something you'd like to see changed in the future, then we would recommend submitting your feedback about this here: Feedback - macOS - Apple

Take care!
