how to turn off "Save Password" Safari prompt in Sequoia

When logging into websites since upgrading to Sequoia, Safari now gives me a prompt to save passwords using the built-in Passwords app. However, I do not use that app; I use a different password manager. How do I get Sequoia to stop prompting me to save passwords into the built-in Passwords app?

I had this same issue. I went into Safari Settings > Autofill and then turned on and off again the setting to autofill user names and passwords. I think that's stopped the prompting now.

Open Password.app>Settings and try unchecking all the boxes(?)
