ARC and eARC
Do both the 2022 4K Apple TV's support ARC & eARC or is it only the 128GB model?

The relevant support document hasn’t been updated for that yet (modification date 2021-09-23).
As the listed [1] differences between the two upcoming new models (storage, ethernet, or Thread networking) have nothing to do with eARC for HomePod use, I would expect that both models will be supported for that. But we’ll see after Nov 4th.
