Can you restore my Evony game App?

I’d like apple to please restore my Envoy game App and account that my stupid brother accidentally deleted. I seem to lost the game that I was playing missing chatting with my friends. This is absolutely ridiculous right here. What’s the point about your sibling deleting a game that you’re playing? That isn’t right. I object to this.
