I keep getting this error trying to restore ipads. I have a MacMini M1/16gb, Ventura 13.0/Apple Configurator 2 ver. 2.15.1. I cant find any help online with it. It just started happening today. Here is the full error:

iPadOS cannot be restored on this iPad.
