Started a few weeks ago and every solution I’ve tried does not help. My bottom speaker rattles when going above 60% volume. You can still hear audio fine but when you try to listen to audio you can hear the rattle.

You might have a hardware issue with your speaker. Make an appointment at the Genius Bar to have it diagnosed.
