How can I access my iCloud without old passcode on iPhone 13? My old iPhone 13 is completely smashed. I am trying to log into my iCloud to download my information etc. when is asks for my previous devices passcode, it keeps telling me it’s incorrect when I know it’s the right code. What code do you refer to? If you are referring to Apple's Two-Factor Authentication, then set it up correctly: Manage Two-Factor Authentication for your Apple ID from iPad - Apple Support
