Updated to Ventura last night on my MacBook Pro M1 Pro and noticed they have iOS'ed settings now, including Storage. When I go to Settings > General > Storage everything populates as it should, only the Storage Recommendations, such as Empty Trash can do not appear at all there as they should. Am I missing something?

Apple just called and it turns out in Ventura, if you had already enabled the three Storage Recommendations on the Storage page, they no longer appear there because they have been enabled, which includes Optimized Storage, Automatically Remove Deleted items, etc. They can be brought back with some difficulty if you want to bring them back, but since I want them enabled, they'll just not be there.

I may be alone with this issue, but I spent two hours with Apple Support tonight and they are completely stumped. If we create a Guest User Account on my MBP, Storage Recommendations appear where they should. On my main account, they don't. The advisor logged in and took several screenshots and opened a support ticket. They scheduled a call for tomorrow night. Other than this little blip, things with Ventura seem to work just fine.

All storage information in macOS Ventura has been moved to System Settings > General > Storage, just like on iOS & iPadOS. There is no longer a separate storage management app.
However, from my understanding, recommendations should still show, just below the storage graph.

Thanks Jacks. I'm in the right location. The recommendations are just not showing below the bar graph of memory usage by category as they should. I'm at work and can't see my Mac right now. When I get home if they aren't yet there, I'll reach out to Apple directly.
