Frontal camera doesn't work after iOS 16 update on iPhone XS

Frontal camera on my iPhone XS doesn't work after iOS 16 update. FaceID works, both rear cameras work too.

I thought that it will be recovered with minor updates, but at iOS 16.0.3 it still doesn't work.

When I switch to frontal camera in Camera App, screen blurs, once or twice flashs camera indicator next to the camera and phone switchs back to the rear camera. When I try to start video call in any app or use frontal camera other ways just nothing happens, screen became black.

At iOS 15 everything worked perfectly.
