iPhone 13 Pro Max cameras not working

Anyone having issues with the iPhone 13 Pro Max? I’ve had intermittent issues for a while (it’s both cameras). Its just a black screen but faceid still works.

previously a closing of the camera app and restart (sometimes 1x sometimes 5x) would make it work.

today nothing. I’ve tried rebooting the phone, the app, etc. no luck.

If the flash only works occasionally, open the Camera app and tap the flash button to choose a different setting. A configuration profile, ...

This has nothing to do with flash. It’s in a lit room but the camera doesn’t seem to turn on. It doesn’t show anything except the green dot. Won’t allow you to press the button, etc. The cameras don’t work but FaceID does.
