Apple Watch Ultra

Has anyone else had a problem with the Ultra Watch not displaying the correct date on the Complication and the app itself?? I have to restart the watch every day to get it to display the correct date......

No issues with the correct date being displayed on my Ultra. See if anything in this link helps you --> If you can't change the time or time zone on your Apple device - Apple Support
