airpod pro ear tips don't fit

I've bought ear tips for my airpod pro, which will not snap on. I also noticed the inside of my airpod pro is white and not black.

Your AirPods are broken, missing the black mesh that covers the device.

Ear tips don’t fit the airpod pro! I have airpod pro’s and I recently bought more ear tips because one of the tips were breaking, and they’re not fitting on the airpod at all?! Please explain???

Apple airpod pro replacement tips Hello, I just received my new ear tips for the apple pro and they won't fit. The new eartips inside is hard plastic and it's too small to fit the Airpod Pro. Please can someone tell me what to do?
