I found my old ipod touch with my old email but apple cant find my user name .What can i do to get to open. I've looked into you tube and fallow the stepps but cant find my password for it

Old iPod and difficulty using my Apple ID I found an old iPod ...Model MC540BT/A ...it's a touch-screen version..looks a bit like a mobile phone. Trying to access iTunes but it keeps telling me that either my Apple ID is wrong - it isn't or that my password is wrong...it isn't. It's the correct password that works fine on all my other Apple stuff. I check very, very carefully that I am typing in the correct letters and numbers but no cigar.

Find my Iphone/forgotten apple id password I am making a trade in from my old iPhone XR to an iPhone 14. It keeps telling me I have to turn off find my iPhone but I cant because it asks my for my apple ID password which i forgot. I’ve sent in multiple requested to change my password but apple never got back to me.
