Trying to restart my Apple Watch 4-when I press both buttons, get Siri only.
how do I restart my apple watch 4? When I press both crown and side button - only Siri comes on.

Either your not actually holding both buttons down for 10 seconds (try taking the watch off so that you can use the index fingers of both hands) or you have a hardware problem.
