How can I move the videos to my computer? I have an iphone 11 with 64 G and it is full of whats app videos

Save the videos to the Photos app first, then follow the steps here to transfer them: link-> Transfer photos and videos from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to your Mac or PC - Apple Support

Syncing is one way only, computer to iPhone, it will not transfer videos over to your computer.
