[Feature Request] Sleep alarm after sleep goal has been met
I would like to be able to have my alarm wake me up the moment my Apple Watch I reached my sleep goal. So "wake me up at 07:30 OR when I have slept 7 hours"
Based on sleep science, this would be a really nice and helpful feature because sleep scientists help people who experience sleep problems by actually diminish the time they spend in bed. That way, after a couple of days or weeks, the sleep quality of the time spent in bed improves significantly. The longer you sleep when it's not necessary, the worse you sleep the day(s) after.
Waking up after your sleep goal has been met would mean a serious revolution I guess to help people getting a regular sleep pattern.
