How can I turn off all haptics except the alarm

When I am working nightshifts I sleep during the day with earplugs in, so I cannot hear alarms. I want to be woken by the haptic alarm, but I don't want to be woken by notifications. I'm sure many people want to sleep undisturbed by notifications and to be woken by their haptic alarm while not waking their partner with an audible alarm. The people who designed Do not Disturb do not appear to be aware that 25% of the population work nightshifts. I do not want to reprogram the watch every 7 days. It is possible to turn off all sounds except for alarms, so it would be reasonable to presume that Apple has made a simple way to turn off all haptics except for alarms, but I cannot find how to do so. Please help

To my knowledge, there's no way to turn off haptics just for notifications and keep it on for alarms. At least I've not been able to find such a capability. All I can suggest would be to turn off notification for the apps most likely to disturb you (or all except for the Clock), which of course will be at best a nuisance to keep doing. Whether this will change in the upcoming new version of Watch OS I don't know.
