Bluetooth audio too loud at minimum setting

There simply MUST be some better way to resolve this issue. The minimum audio level when using my bluetooth headphones (Marshall Monitors) is way too loud at the minimum volume setting. The canned answers that the "community specialists" give simply don't do any good. Does anyone else have a workaround? Suggestions for a way to report the issue that actually gets Apple's attention in any way that leads to some semblance of responsiveness? Thanks in advance.

Hi chilli_Trav,

Because this is a third-party product, you may need to reach out to Marshall.

Before doing that, you can try some steps on your device to see if they're helpful.

If you haven't done so yet, restart your iPhone. Although simple, this step can help correct unexpected behavior. It's also a good idea to make sure it's running the latest iOS versions since this can help with overall performance: Apple security updates. As an isolation step, pair the headphones with another device to see if you notice the same issue.

If you'd prefer to speak with Apple Support directly, they can be contacted here: Get Support, or by calling the most applicable phone number from this list: Contact Apple for support and service.

Best regards.
