When using the FIND me app what does it mean when the person circle is blinking green

Green flashing ring around find my icon Hello, just a quick question and probably a silly one but so be it. Okay so when I use the find my app then I go to people and when I click my sons name to see his location sometimes around his icon is a green flashing ring. What is this green ring?

Throbber on “ Find My” On my iPhone, under FIND MY, I have two people. On one person, everything is fine. But next to the other persons name? There is a spinning throbber that never stops and also, under their name is states “ No location found” What does this mean? I spoke to her and she told me she can see where I’m at ( at home) but my FIND MY on my phone doesn’t indicate this fact. It just shows that throbber continuously. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Is person moving with iPhone if Green blinking Live and Is someone moving with my iPhone if it is blinking in Green and moving on Find my IPhone?
