Using Two fingers to speak time on Apple Watch

I have a question regarding Watch speaking in robotic voice since WatchOS 9.

my watch is a series 7

When placing two fingers on the Watch face to get the time now has a robotic voice that is annoying.

How can this be set back to a normal sounding voice?

Asking Siri uses the proper Sir voice.

Also using speak the time on Mickey Mouse face uses proper Mickey voice.

When any other Watch face is used and I place two fingers on the Watch face the time is announced in a distorted robot voice.

Any suggestions on getting the announcement to play in a real voice again?
