So my iPhone 13 slightly (but noticeably) dims while scrolling or typing or when holding the grey scrolling bar when on brightness less than 50%, it’s so annoying and noticeable, I tried turning off true tone and auto brightness but that didn’t fix the problem at all, the phone is still brand new (2 weeks old), so I don’t think it’s due of the phone age.
Any help appreciated!

Thanks for keeping us updated. To clarify, are you running iOS 16.0.3? If not, we suggest updating your software to the latest version. Be sure to secure your data with a backup before proceeding: Update your iPhone
If the diagnostic test did not detect an issue, the software would be the root cause of the behavior. If you're already updated to the latest version, we suggest reaching out to Apple once again: Get Support

Hi, thanks for replying!
I indeed contacted apple support, and they ran a diagnostic test, however they told me nothing abnormal showed up on hardware, however the dimming is really noticeable while scrolling and is really annoying, I don’t know what to do from here to be honest
I am indeed on iOS 16.0.3
