On what device are you trying to watch?

For Android TV devices, see if the device is listed as supported for the Apple TV app, and sign in with your Apple ID account..

For Android mobile devices, use a browser (Firefox or Chrome recommended) and sign in with your Apple ID account.


To sign in to the Apple TV app on smart TVs or TV-connected streaming devices, find the in-app Settings (sprockets wheel icon).


To sign in to the site in a browser, find the sign-in button in the top-right corner.
