iOS 16 Fitness app wrongly thinks I have a Watch

Hello, I just updated my girlfriend's iPhone 11 from 15.x to 16.0.3, and the new Fitness app thinks she has a Watch even though she never had and neither do I. Her app has 3 rings (mine only one) including the "stand up" one, and the "sharing" tab says to update the watch to be able to share stuff. I tried removing and reinstalling the app but it didn't change a thing. There's no watch in her devices and when I installed the Watch app it asked me to pair a new watch, so evidently the Fitness app is the only one thinking she has one.

How to fix the issue?

It's quite annoying because the app appears to rely on the (ghost) "watch" and so doesn't read the steps registered by the phone itself.

Thanks in advance.
