Preview of email does not appear even when I set in Preferences
I started my Mac in Safe Mode and that did not help either. What are my other options? Thanks.
Assuming you mean the preview pane, hover the cursor over the right or bottom edge of the Mail window (depending on where it's set) until it turns into a small arrow. Then click and drag to the left or upwards until the pane pops open.
