Access to iMessage and FaceTime
For over a week now I’ve not been able to access iMessage and FaceTime on my iPad.I am asked to sign in with my Apple ID.When this is done the signing in goes on for days and gets nowhere.If I turn the iPad off and then back on,occasionally it will allow me to sign in again but without success.I’ve now changed my Apple ID but cannot at the moment sign in.
If I go in through settings to Messages the whole thing freezes and I have to turn the device off.
Help required please.
Every thing else appears to be working ok.
My iPad is synced to my iPhone.I am getting iMessages on the iPhone.
Look forward to any advice and hopefully a resolution.
