Activity notifications not working

Just upgraded to apple 8 previous watch series 1 stopped sending stand notifications and goals complete notifications. New watch is doing the same thing-

Make sure that daily coaching,goal completions and stand reminders are turned on in the watch app.

All notifications in all sections of settings activity and health have been turned off and turned on, phone has been turned off and on and so has watch. iPhone X Apple Watch series eight
