These horrible black bars keep showing up when I try tk take photos. It’s horrible and is ruining the whole purpose I got the iPhone 14. Resetting the phone doesn’t work and this is happening to multiple friends I know that got the new phone.

Have you tried taking a photo without an iPhone case installed? It's always possible this is due to an alignment issue.
You could also isolate the issue a little further and see if it happens in multiple lenses when shooting a photo.
