I think my iPhone is affected by an unknown virous. Yesterday did a factory reset and installed a the latest iOS. Today, I got a message that a new update for time zone is available and I need to restart my iPhone. After, the restart suddenly my storage became full and I'm not able to work with it normally.

Wondering if you are using iCloud, and your iPhone is just getting your iCloud data sorted out.
Sometimes there is a large "grey" "other" storage area shown, while iCloud takes it's time getting photo and videos etc. in categories and available.
How to check the storage on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support
If thus is what is happening, you may need to keep your iPhone well charged and connected to wi-fi, day and night as it can take up to 48 hours after updating / installing iOS, for the storage to settle down into the correct categories, according to other users.
