FaceTime is not being blocked during downtime. The only app I allow during downtime is his phone but he can still use FaceTime, even tho it’s a restricted app. The phone is updated and this never used to happen. Please fix the issue.

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities. Just to confirm, do you have "Block at Downtime" enabled in the Downtime/App Limit settings? This setting would only be available when using a Screen Time passcode with.
