App Store and itunes is disabled

Good day, as I was trying to download a app on my phone it told me that my App Store and iTunes is disabled. I continued to try and download other apps and it kept saying the same thing.

There's a problem with your iTunes Store account information which can't be fixed from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.
