Can't play podcast with explicit content

I'm struggling with this issue for weeks now and can't find a solution. Every time I try to play a podcast with explicit content on Apple Podcast I get this message: Episode contains explicit content.

I believe I have already allowed explicit content in my settings, but nothing changes. What can I do?
